SR Builders & Developers was founded by Shivaprasad Acharya Ijjavu and Subhramanya Rao in 2017.

Shivaprasad Acharya Ijjavu comes from a rural background. He is a degree holder in Mechanical Engineering. He has a vast experience in business management and he has been investing and running business since 2012 in Automotive sector. After a span of time, he started Construction & Real estate company named SR Builders & Developers in Puttur.

Subramhmanya Rao aged 30 is a Civil Engineer by qualification. He has obtained the degree in M Tech and Ph.D. in CAED. He has more than 10 years of teaching experience in Civil Background, in a renowned engineering institution. Mr.Rao is associated partner at SR Builders & Developers, his extensive high-standard of engineering knowledge that brings out a land development vision from concept, through approval process and into the construction stages.His idea on Structural related details for RCC buildings has been a core strength for us that in turn helps us to serve the entire spectrum of requirements.
